Magicbit PSP Video Converter converts popular video formats like WMV, AVI, MP4, VOB and 3GP, to name just a few, so that you can watch music videos and movies on your PSP. When the program is launched, it presents a smart, easy to navigate interface, with a small player. When I added my video files for conversion to the program, all of the previously ineffective buttons became active. The program allows batch conversion so I was able to add videos of different formats to the same conversion list. With one click on the Start button the conversion process began and a yellow progress bar appeared at the bottom. The conversion of my video files took only seconds. When I selected the Play function to view one of the completed files, the program opened a window informing me that the player was for preview purposes only and that the quality of the output file may differ from what was seen. I found the quality was very good in all cases. This program is a dream to use. Fast and user-friendly, the program also includes a Help file where a long list of supported codecs is displayed. The Trial version of the program is limited to 5 minutes per file, but with the full version you can set your Start Time and Duration and this is handy too if you just want to convert a segment of a video.
